A wagering requirement decides whether a bonus is money or decoration. It says how much has to be staked before bonus funds and anything won with them can be withdrawn, and it is the single number that turns a large headline offer into a small real one.
What the multiplier multiplies
Read this first: the same number means two different things depending on its base. A 30x requirement on the BONUS is 30 times the credited amount. A 30x requirement on DEPOSIT PLUS BONUS is 30 times the two combined, which on a matched deposit is exactly double the play. The terms say which, and the difference is the difference between a long evening and a lost month.
What it costs, in dinars
| Multiplier | Play needed to clear 1.000 RSD of bonus | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| 0x | None | The winnings are cash immediately |
| 1x | 1.000 RSD | One evening |
| 5x | 5.000 RSD | A weekend of spins |
| 30x | 30.000 RSD | Another hobby |
The multiplier on the offer here is 35x, so read the row closest to it. A 0x offer and a 30x offer are not two versions of the same thing.
Why the multiplier is only half the number
On slots, turnover builds in spins of a few dinars against a fixed house edge, so a requirement is met by steady play rather than by a few lucky results. What that play costs on average is a fixed share of everything staked, which is why a lower multiplier on the same headline offer is worth much more than it seems.
What always comes with the multiplier
The multiplier never comes alone. The maximum stake limits what a single spin may risk while the bonus is open — a spin above it can void the bonus, so the turnover is built in small steps. The expiry decides whether the turnover is achievable at a stake you would have chosen anyway; seven days on a 30x requirement is a different offer from thirty days on the same number. Weighting decides how much each bet contributes: slots usually count in full, table games at a fraction, and some games not at all.
Why the turnover does not move
- A single spin over the stake cap. It can cancel the bonus entirely, and it is the commonest way a requirement turns out not to have been cleared.
- Games that count for little or nothing, so money moves while the turnover stands still.
- Bets made with bonus funds where the terms ask for your own money.
- Taking out real money while a bonus is still running. Bonus and real balances are kept apart, and taking out the real one can forfeit what is left of the other.
One habit is worth more than understanding all of this in detail: before accepting an offer, work out the turnover it asks for and ask whether you would have staked that much anyway. If the answer is no, the offer is shaping how you play rather than rewarding it, and turning it down is an entirely ordinary thing to do. The live offers and their terms are listed on the bonuses hub.
